My dog was scared to be there. Most staff engaged her and gave her the attention she needed. Only negative is when we came to get her no one explained the package. I would have paid 75.00 for the three day plus bath package. Now it is too late as coupon only good interview day. Too much was happening for me to see exactly how my dog did in day care.

Our Deisel knows when it's Saturday, gets his leash, cries until we get him in the car to go to camp! That he loves it there is evident, but also its clean and happy! Camp counselors have a genuine love for what they are doing. We miss him when he's gone or we would bring him in more often. Fun to watch him play with the other pups online!
I like the friendliness of the staff, their way of treating the pets as if they were there own and the knowledge of the staff as well.
I also enjoy the app, that lets you see your pet while he is playing.

Every Thing! Staff is great and very helpful, dogs are always happy to go to camp, you mention camp and they get excited and are always happy when we pick them up, also love that I can bathe Cooper before we leave after a fun day at camp, he loves the pool and needs a bath after a day of play

My dog loves everything about Camp Bow Wow! It's hard to find a boarding/day care facility that allows group play--an absolute must for my dog. I like the flexibility. This time my dog was scheduled to stay overnight, but we got back early and I just called and picked her up, no hassle and no cancellation charges.
The attention the dogs are given, the cam where we can watch, friendly workers, variety of available services.
