The friendliness of the staff.
I like that you put my dog in the big yard with the big dogs. Even though she is a medium size, it works best for her there. It just means that you take care of my pets needs. Thank you.
The way you allow dogs to be dogs. The three play areas for bigger dogs so they are not crowded in one area and then a separate play area for smaller dogs. When boarding dogs, they can play during the day. The whole camp theme. Spa day. The fun things you do for the dogs during holidays i.e. valentine's Day, Halloween, Easter, etc. your programs for foster dogs and your home buddies. And the woof cams.
Very attentive employees and friendly. We like that they group dogs of similar temperaments together and keep a watchful eye during play sessions. We know Colby is always in good hands.
I brought in my dog Molly for interview day. She is very shy and the staff treated her like gold. Wonderful people at Camp Bow Wow.

Friendly, easy to talk to, clean facility
It is important that my dog is able to play with other dogs during the day and I appreciate that Camp Bow Wow takes the time to make sure the other dogs will demonstrate appropriate behavior. I also like the pick-up options on Sunday.
I just came in for an interview, but I think my dog will really enjoy his visits. He is very social and will love to play with the other dogs.
