Customer service - very friendly staff that make me feel like a "friend". They are personable and willing to answer any questions about your pet, their behavior and give suggestions. They make feel like my dog is loved and well taken care of. They make me feel like there is nothing to be concerned about on the treatment of my dog so I TRUST the staff. They LISTEN and they CARE and love animals.

Camp Bow Wow is the best daycare in Nashville, my pup has been going there for two years and out of all the ones we tried at the beginning this was his favorite! The staff knows him by name and you can just tell how much they care about him! He’s always excited to go and they are always excited to see him!

We travel a lot with our 2 pups and really appreciate the Camp Bow Wow franchise. It's nice to see a familiar name in many of the places we go. We know that they all follow the same "rules" and hire very caring, well trained employees to hang out with our dogs. We've never had a bad experience at any of the camps we've visited.
Bonus, they have live cameras that allow you to see the dogs interacting...I love this feature.
Only down side is that when you buy a package (small savings), you have to use it at Camp that owned by the same person.
Everything is very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly.
Staff is friendly and always remembers my dogs name. You can tell that the people work there love dogs and are not just in it for a paycheck. I like that the dogs are never left unattended, there is always someone in with the dogs. My boys love the enrichment sessions and have tried several different things. My boys are always happy and excited to go

Everything. The Camp is clean. It is efficiently run. They know my pups (2) by name when we check-in. The staff is courteous and attentive to detail. The pics of them is a nice touch - it sends a feeling that all is well each evening and that the Camp team has interest in their well-being. I am always comfortable leaving my two dogs with them.
