I like that Angela and the entire team really take the time to get to know not only my dog, but me. They know my car, they also know preferences when it comes to caring for my sweet boy. They are accommodating with last minute requests. They also make MJ feel right at home. I’m never worried when I have to leave him for a few days, I know they are caring for him and he’s safe.

Your entire setup is great. The cameras the staff are great.

I would like an alert from the system when a request for boarding is accepted ( or denied- not yet!).

The staff is knowledgeable about dogs. They take very good care of Louie and everyone is aware of any issues he might have. Also, there is good transparency about everything.

They took such great care of our sweet Lola while we were gone. She got sick during her stay and they got her meds, took her on her own special walks away from the other dogs, and gave her extra cuddle time. They sent me lots of updates and pictures. Lola always loves to go to doggy daycare there especially on the group enrichment days!

I love how friendly the owner and all of her staff are. The facitilies are super clean and that's one of the reasons that keeps us coming back. I like that we can watch our dog on camera from the app. The ease of booking boarding or day care from the app is also very convenient.

Camp Bow Wow has been my source for Lucie for 6 years now. The personal care and friendly atmosphere have kept me coming back with my four legged companions. It cannot be overstated how important it is to me and my wife that Lucie and now Leo are cared for while we can not be home with them. My thanks go out to Laurie and all the rest of the care providers at Camp Bow Wow.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with CBW! We had to board our pup at another place due to a last-minute schedule change and it was a complete disaster (how the pup was treated). We will make sure to keep reservations or cancel the trip because CBW is just THAT good!

Wonderful as always. My dog had trouble being with the pack at first, staff took the time to work with him until he was able to calm down and finally be a part of the group. I appreciate the patience they had and their honesty with me about everything. As always everyone was kind and my dogs were happy and tired after a full day.

Safety for my dogs

The staff and the facilities are absolutely fantastic. They really care about the dogs and know them by name. My dalmatian Bob was not able to attend for about 3 weeks because he was sick, but when he saw that we were pulling in the other day he went crazy with excitement! The ability to watch your dogs on the cams having a great time is also cool. I can't say enough about how great this location is.
