The staff is very friendly and clearly loves dogs. My beagle LOVES coming to camp bow wow! He literally pulls me in when we arrive.
Very friendly staff that treat my dog like family!
From the moment we walked in, we were treated very kindly and everyone seemed very happy to be there. I also like the fact that we don’t have to make an appointment to drop our dog off.
There is a wide variety of services, clean environment, and a safe place for my pup. The staff seem genuinely happy to be there.

Boarding, day care
The professionalism the staff shows with the people and the all the dogs. They are very caring and patient especially with new campers. Our beagle was very shy when he first started going. Now he socializes and interacts with the other dogs.
Bella loves seeing her doggie pals, but she is crazy about her Camp Counselors and is a much happier dog after a day at Camp. I never have to worry about her while she is there and know that she gets great care and lots of love. I love that I get updated about her "Shenanigans" when I pick her up.
The employee are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean.

I can't speak for more than one time. Everything went smoothly with check in. It was clear exactly where my dig was being placed, especially since she gets intimidated easily by bigger dogs (she's a pomeranian). I love how I can watch her play online. The only difference for me was the boarding area. She only would do daycamp, but if I were to keep her overnight I think she would be terrified. We have used Petsmart for nearly all her life (9+ years). Us pet parents weren't exposed to the sounds and smells where the pets were kept. Checking out was easy. Hoping to cone back again (a bit if a drive since I live on the other side of eden prairie).
A slight problem for me is I have two cats and hate the thought of all three not being together.
Thanks for the high rating and review! We work hard to help pets (and pawrents) get over their fears. The more the come to Camp, the more confident they will be! Pups love the smells and sounds of Camp and when they're used to it, you'll see their wagging tails both coming and going. Hope to see you again soon! (PS, cats don't care BOL! :-D)
We've been part of the Camp Bow-Wow family for about 5 years. They've ALWAYS hired the best, most loving and attentive staff, and we AND our pooches simply ADORE them. Our doggos go NUTS when we grab their "camp leashes"!
No extra charge for daycare when boarding
I didn't have to worry about my furbabies and could enjoy my time away. They love it there. I can peek in on them easily by looking at the cameras. Even my 14 year old Lucy who I was so worried about loves going and jumps out of the car ready to go visit with her friends.
The additional options of bath, groomer, and enrichment is great as well. Camp Bow Wow isn't just a doggy daycare they truly take care of your babies!

The staff is super friendly and so good with all the pups ! I like that they engage with the pups and get them to play. I love the app and being able to see our pup when we’re away. Also staff seems trained in first aid and cpr for the pups.
We love that the staff knows exactly who our dogs are when we walk in the door. It ensures us that they are well taken care of.
