The personnel is wonderful! For the front desk to back of the house all are wonderful . My shy dog comes back from a long stay very happy. He is not anxious when we drop him off. We all love Camp Bow Wow!
My dog always comes home tired out and happy. He is so excited to go. I feel confident he is taken well care of if I have a busy day being out of the house.
The people. I know we can trust them to care for our dog when we’re at work. He has severe separation/confinement issues, but loves playing with other dogs so we luckily can rely on Camp to keep him safe when we are away from home. We love all the employees, but our dog definitely has a few extra favorites. We know he loves going because he basically opens the door and lets himself in, he’s so excited to see everyone. He’s in just as good hands as he would be at home, and we’re so lucky to have found Camp Bow Wow in Bedford Heights.

We love every thing about Camp bow wow! We drive from Allendale so location is not an issue, but would be nice if in our area :) keep doing what you do!!
I feel 100% confident that my boys will be well taken care of when I have to go away. It's a peace of mind you can't put a price on , and as soon as I pull up in the parking lot their tails are wagging 100mph and they can't wait to get in and go play. Camp Bow Wow is the only place I trust to take care of my fur babies.

Everyone on staff was great! They were very good with my dogs and showed me some pictures of their playdates and told me which other dogs became their "buddies" while there. This is the first time I have had to board my dogs in years, and it was great! they came back happy and tired in a good way, would highly recommend!
My first time having a pet and using this service. I am so beyond please with the service i have received and the professionalism of owner and staff. My fury son goes a minimum twice a week
and he absolutely loves it.
The people working seem genuinely happy to be there and seeing the dogs come in. They recognize most by name which is such a great personal touch!

I like the flex times I can drop off my dog. I can choose any day so that he can get used to different 2 legged and 4 legged friends as well.
Convenient drop off/pickup. Safe space for my dog to enjoy. Love when the pool is available! Cameras are nice to check in while out of town.
Our dog Frankie has been coming here since she was a puppy and she loves it. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating! They always let us know how she did during her stay!

Our dogs are happy when they arrive at Camp Bow Wow and happy when they are picked up. Staff are professional and caring. I appreciate the information about any notable behavior during their stay. The camp's records regarding their eating while at camp have been helpful when the dogs return home.

They always appear to be happy to see my doggy/doggies when we come in. Only person I trusted to groom my sweet old dog was Zoey.❤️
Your staff is Always courteous and friendly, and your groomers are ALWAYS kind and gentle with the dogs. I feel my dogs are SAFE with your groomers, and your prices are very fair!
