Everyone is always friendly at Camp Bow Wow; and is so great with our 3 dogs. They always try to accommodate us, even if it is a last minute scheduling. Our puppy hates getting his nails done, but with Maddie he is a little angel...not really little at 90lbs anymore. Our other two love her and she does an amazing job. Our dogs have always had a great time at camp. We will be sending the puppy more now that he passed his first day of class. That is another we love about Camp Bow Wow, they just don't throw all the dogs together at once. There is a testing period and they start to recognize all the dogs personalities and know how to handle them. Our older one could get a little crabby and they would sense that and know how to handle it. We already recommended you to a friend of ours that got a puppy around the same time we got our last puppy.
I love everything about Camp Bow Wow. They take very good care of my dog and have great hours! They response promptly to any questions or requests and I especially love the app ability! I love that I can make reservations through the app and have the ability to check in by web cam on my dog throughout the day.

My dog loves going to camp. Having been up north most of the summer, it warmed my heart to see the staff squeal her name, give her hugs, and tell her they missed her when she did finally return to camp. I was disappointed that as soon as I dropped her off it was shift-change time, and the dogs were relegated to kennels for an hour while the staff cleaned. This is probably a nice break for dogs who are there for the entire day, but since my dog just goes for half days, I will plan accordingly next time. I do appreciate that the facilities are kept clean and sanitary. When it was playtime, my dog (and all the dogs) got lots of love and attention from the staff. Definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow of Clarkston.

I was very anxious for my dog interview. He is a rescue and I didn't know how he would interact with other dogs and they with him. I had several goldens bite on him and growl while walking my dog. mine was leased and they were not. The staff was so nice. they explained the process and were very knowledgable . They put my mind at ease. He did well and loved the experience. I was able to watch on the live cam and see for myself. I will for sure go back for daycare and boarding.

My dog has only been to the camp twice, but he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. After walking in the door, he never looked back when the counselor came to take him. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating.

The people are great and our dog loves to go there- on days we are not taking her she sits at the door with her leash waiting for us to open the garage door.

What I like best is the staff! The managers and counselors at my location are very interactive, positive and attentive to the dogs as well as their clients. They shower every dog with a positive greeting when they enter the building. I take my dog often because he loves the people and of course the other dogs. Often when it is time for my dog to leave, he will plop down on the lobby floor because he doesn’t want to leave. Usually a manager or counselor jumps in to encourage and convince him it is time to go home! it is a guarantee my dog will sleep deeply and soundly through the night. I believe my dog has learned social skills and cues on how to interact with his peers. He gets exercise on days when I know my schedule is tight. Mostly I know my dog is happy and for me this is all the proof I need that Camp Bow Wow of Lexington is top notch and cannot be beat.

I have nothing to say that could improve anything there. Everything, everyone is GREAT! I am so happy and so is my pet to go there! He cannot wait to get out of the car. It is very clean and employees are friendly and you know they love their jobs. It’s so nice not to have to worry about your pet while he’s there.

Camp Bow Wow New Lenox employees are so loving to our dog. They genuinely care for our dog Murphy. Murphy loves going to camp daily to play with the other dogs and burn his puppy energy. We are lucky to have such a great facility in New Lenox.
