The inspector was very thorough and courteous and explained all that was needed to be done for the next visit
Blair arrived on time and was very thorough and professional during the entire process. He answered all my questions and seemed to be very competent and well-versed in everything to do with Natural Resources Canada's Program, and Home Energy Efficiency. Blair was also very respectful and removed his shoes upon entering my home, without being asked! Blair understood what I required the Audit for and was very diligent in ensuring that the City of Toronto HELP program requirements were met. I highly recommend Amerispec to anyone considering a Home Energy Audit.

Darcy did a very thorough job with his inspection. The report was also very detailed and will be a great check list for items to monitor and for things do once we get possession of our new home. He took the time to show us the items he was writing up in his report and answered all our questions.
