I think asking for feedback before receiving the report is like asking how my food is at a restaurant before receiving the food. It's been almost 7 weeks since we initiated the request to get a report and still have not received it. So I wouldn't recommend AmeriSpec to anyone who wants to get their report in a timely fashion. Everyone I've spoken to at AmeriSpec have been very nice tho.
Well organized inspection and explained all details for the upgrade.
The initial inspection was quite remarkable and very thorough. The second inspection was just to confirm we had solar panels so no checking for the other recommendations they had made.
Answers all questions and explain options. Showed up at the agreed upon time.
Jane from AmeriSpec (North Van?) was incredibly patient with me who was trying to navigate the websites for greener homes grant and loan. I phoned her several times for help and she remained patient, polite and very helpful. That made a huge difference to me. She explained all the processes very carefully which helped a lot. The government of Canada website is not easy to use and she made it possible for me to register and apply where I needed.
The inspection was on time and efficient .
I actually selected a score of 1 not 7. I had my inspection a month ago and was told 2 weeks for the report. I did not receive the report so followed up with your office. Your office told me that my report was pulled for QC. I asked them to get it released and sent out to me 3 days ago and I still do not have it.

It was such an easy process. They showed up on time, were efficient and explained everything in great detail. They've made it easy to contact them and get more information as needed as well.

Although I received an email to tell me to have all receipts ready I was unprepared for how quickly the evaluator moved through the process. It seemed very hurried and I did not have time to think if I had missed anything.
Henry Fong was very professional and open to answer all questions I had regarding the audit. He offered advice to insulate against air leaks in my home. I found the inspection to be very thorough as opposed to another I had done recently. He checked my attic down to my crawlspace and the blower door test revealed just how much air leakage my house has. Henry was here for 3 hours and was very patient with all my questions. I would 100% recommend Henry Fong and Amerispec.
