J'ai eu un service de premier choix.
Sans enlever rien au autre inspecteur, j'ai eu l'heure juste et cela sans dévaloriser la résidence.
Il se base sur des faits et le code du bâtiment.

Très bien dans l’ensemble. Très professionnel et maitrise bien son travail. Par contre, l’inspecteur était un peu froid et il y a beaucoup trop de « l’entreprise se dégage de toute responsabilités » par rapport à ceci ou cela. Ça devient lourd à lire et ça devient même frustrant à la longue.
The inspector was super thorough, took their time to explain everything during the walkthrough and answer all of my and my client's questions. Very knowledgeable!
For the price, it was quite superficial.

He keeps things in perspective, and doesn't make a problem that is a 5 into a 10.
