Henry was excellent. Contacting the office to follow up on the report and to book the inspection was a very good. The only place(s) this process fell (falls) down is with the Federal Government from my understanding. My first report took way too long and I am told I will not receive my rebate for 4 months. Those delays probably put the program unreachable for many people, specifically those with lesser resources. This works directly against the purpose of the program..

Leading up to appointment, getting in contact with Amerispec was easy, process was explained, and all questions were clearly and thoroughly answered. Inspection was performed on schedule. Inspector was professional, courteous, and explained the process as he went along. Would definitely recommend Amerispec.
Took a year to acknowledge my request for an inspection via Canada Greener Homes, and only after I emailed to ask when I would expect a follow up. Took several months AFTER acknowledging my request to finally book an appointment, and only after following up and suggesting that I may have to use another provider instead. Took several months AFTER my appointment to finally receive my inspection report, and only after several emails and follow ups. Would never recommend; the hassle has been insane.
