Very friendly and helpful inspector, who explained not just the "what" of what he saw, but the "why", and "how" to fix it.
The notes were thorough and provided an easy conversion to a "to-do" list for the short, medium, and long-terms.
2 hours of service costed me $577
The report that was shared is a standard template with 95% information that is not of much use to me. The information that was shared with me, is something that i already knew.
I have used your service twice in the past and on both occasions, i was given information very relevant to the inspection.
I had three concerns, leaks on the ceiling, roof situation and overall water pipes in the utility room. The root cause of the ceiling was not identified, i was asked to contact the seller ? This is a new house , i thought this is what you guys were supposed to help me identify.
The roof was inspected using drone. Only 1 pic was shared which for me is not very clear i wanted to see more pics towards the joints of the pipes, the shingles etc. More pictures should have been shared with close view. In the past manual checks provided information about nails, loose shingles, gaps , wear and tear etc. Very disappointed with standard template answers for which i haif half grand ?
The pipes and their situation i can understand but nothing in the report was useful to me.
I have used your service in the past and recommended your company to people that i knew.
In name of technology i felt cheated.
I paid 577 dollars to get a copy paste of a standard template with information not useful to me or i already knew about these things. Felt very unfair and not best use of so much money.
