The gentleman was 20 minutes late and has to leave after an hour because he is already late for another appointment. How can a two hours time slot/ inspection turned into 60 minutes? No conversation, no information, no explanation whatsoever even though I told him it is my first time for home energy inspection. He simply told me to contact him or the office whenever I have questions !

My Inspector was Glenn Kelloway. I really appreciated that he was so thorough and passionate about his work. He talked me and my agent through the entire inspection, shared his knowledge and offered valuable advice! I'm about to be a solo home owner for the first time and Glenn was able to explain things in layman's terms and with a sense of humour that made the most important stuff stand out! I really appreciated his expertise and ability to communicate effectively. I would not hesitate to recommend his services!

I liked the thoroughness and professionalism and attention to every small detail showed by Inspector Ian Frost inspecting a home here in Guelph Ontario Canada.
His report was detailed also many recommendations, and was very interactive in demonstrating function or deficiency during a 3.5 hour tour of the home we are about to buy.
Very honest, straightforward, and exacting in the work, answered all my questions, and pointed out things beyond the scope to determine, but all things considered we had the information needed to make an informed decision to go ahead and bid on the property. Also Mr. Frost has a great sense of humour and combines that with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
