The staff in every department of the the JCC is committed to making the membership have a totally positive experience.There is a personal relationship between between the staff and the membership. The adult and senior programs from speakers to international travel can only be described as “best in class”. The JCC is a precious gift to the community.

AquaFit! But I’d sure like someone to go look at the grates around the hot tub. They are disgusting and not up to the standards of the nice new expansion...we’ve mentioned this many times but nothing has happened....

The gym is always clean and the staff are amazing! They are always smiling, so friendly and helpful. I’m including all staff in the comments; however, specifically the front desk staff and Sabrina (trainer). Also, for the most part, the members abide by COVID rules.

Friendly staff and a good selection of equipment.
The facility is better run than those of large chains like NYSC because the owners are more hands-on and care about the quality of their staff as well as the happiness of the members. It's not crowded and the people are fairly nice (except for a pervert guy that was checking me out and an old woman who complained to a trainer because I had taken my mask down for a moment to sip some water).
I appreciate the personal touches (hello and goodbye, towels, lifeguards, clean environment, personal assistance with equipment, pools and also like the remodel.
Well it goes without saying that Cornerstone is by far the cleanest facility I have ever seen.
The staff is amazing. Each and every person there is kind, friendly and helpful. The trainers are encouraging, informative, professional and know what their clients need and can do!
Personally the benefit of exercise is critical for good health and Cornerstone delivers!!!
During this pandemic your aquatics team has done and continues to do a FABULOUS job. Back in June we were able to reserve an indoor or outdoor pool lane. When the outdoor pool closed in September we moved inside. Reserving a lane is made easy either online or calling the Sports Desk 24 hours in advance. The staff has continued to keep outdoor air circulating by keeping doors open and everyone wears a mask when out of the pool. I feel completely safe and the J has continued to be my home away from home. The J has provided me with a normalcy in my life in a year that is not normal.
You have a pool and everything else i need to workout and you aren't too crowded.
I like the convenience and variety of virtual classes offered at Cornerstone.

The people at the front desk are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Each of the individuals who teach classes, make sure to come up with a great program. Each one of those individuals are friendly and enthusiastic.
