The equipment is great and plenty to choose from. A variety of classes, indoor pool, indoor racquet ball, pickleball and basketball courts.
The employees are friendly and help keep the facility clean.
State of the art and great front desk folks! Don't have a single negative thing to say, but that I imagine that place will be busy once the campus is back open.

I love all the different types of group fitness classes that are offered, the childcare services, amenities, and community classes available to members. All the instructors I’ve had are phenomenal!
knowledgeable staff. Wasn't crowded. Towels provided. Rock climbing gym was not crowded. Only one rowing machine. If someone had been using it I would have been out of luck. Maybe get another if/when the center looks at buying new or more equipment? Really enjoyed it. Can't wait until the water (steam room, pool etc) are open. Felt great to visit!
I like everything that the JCC has to offer! It is the best fitness club around!
Equipment is well maintained and I loved the variety of rest & recovery tools (massage chairs, theraguns, etc.). Also, love the amount of space at Coach K - very easy to socially distance during your workout.
The friendly community.
The atmosphere. The ambiance. Everyone is friendly and willing to help find something or answer a question. I am not Jewish, and thought I knew a lot about Jewish holidays but absolutely loved the "cheat sheet" you put out. I learned so much! Thank you for all the programing, the facility and sharing all the patrons with everyone.

Friendly people working at the counter, clean and had what I was looking for in terms of exercise machines/weights.
The continued improvements and support. For example, the men's bathroom sinks were recently replaced despite that the previous ones appeared to be in fine condition. Also the J, with donations from members, is apparently buying two pickle ball machines. That's awesome. Thanks for all you're doing to support the J's members.

From the facilities to the teachers are all very helpful and wonderful!! It is obvious that the whole place runs smoothly. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love the variety of fitness classes and the facilty is beautiful. Most of all, I love the people. Everyone, members and staff, is warm and welcoming.

Someone is always ready to talk with you!! And, the coffee in the sports area as well as the seniors’ Heritage Center makes for a mini coffee shop experience without spending $5.00 for your coffee!!

The Sport Center experience was good as the gym was not busy when I was there, which is awesome.
Thank you for providing both hand sanitizers and disinfecting cleaning cloths to clean the equipment. These are well available in all three gyms. Having them readily available makes them more likely to be used.
At all the gyms I have used in the last few months- BO, CoachK, Sport Center-
there are always people not wearing a mask or not wearing it properly over their nose and
mouth. AND, there are some gym staff included in this group of people. They need to reflect and respect the rules so the users will also respect the rules.
In CoachK and the BO where there are basketball courts- these people almost mostly are not wearing masks. I asked one basketball player if the basketball court was a no-mask zone and he replied I think so.
