I love the paper schedule! Very convenient. All the classes, especially yoga, teachers are very professional. And, all the ladies at the front desk are all so friendly and always helpful.

What do you like about your Defined Fitness experience?

I can use the pool and hot tub without kids around. Because of my disability with my back and legs, the pool and hot help. It would be nice if Defined could invest in FAR Infrared Saunas.

I like the recumbent bikes at the Bo better, my only gripe. They have a different user interface/workout option.
