Dena! She teaches power yoga. She is exceptional. You need to add more of her classes (not other teachers of yoga) She is the reason her classes are so croweded. You should move her classes into NAC cause it has a larger room.

I liked is that when I go in to exercise. There is always a machine available.
The light in the building is cheerful.
Awesome facility, towel service, large showers, lockers with a key pad(don't have to bring your own lock)... Forgot to shave?!?! They gotcha covered with razors and shaving cream. Super stoked to have access to this facility.

I tried BOGA fit and it was a wonderful experience!! I really enjoyed it.
Availability of equipment when I go after work. Hot tub, steam room and sauna in the women's locker room. (I miss having any of these amenities in Coach K - I think they can be a motivator to get you to the gym.)
I have to join some gym. While Equinox or Lifetime may have a better product, I feel good that my money is going to support a Jewish organization and I like that I see friends and acquaintances
The beginners strength class I took was my first class at any Sports Center. I felt welcomed and learned a lot. The instruction was very informative and motivating. I really liked the small class size as well. I'll be back Monday!

It’s the best gym on campus! I just wish it was open Sunday so members have access to a basketball court everyday of the week.
