My first trip to the NSC was great! The staff was helpful, locker room was clean, gym was organized and the class/instructor was fun!
the pool is being managed at a very high level. the staff in the pool always works with me and accommodates me and other lap swimmers - very much appreciate it. Also, the staff is very nice to young families and senior citizens.

I like the new look
I work on SW campus and regularly use that Sports Center, so it feels very different coming to Coach K. Everything is larger space wise and feels like more care was taken in design and aesthetic. I enjoyed the large showers, bath products available for use, lockers that allow personalized locking, and the small towels available for class use. Now that all gyms are free of charge, would love to see some upgrades, however small, to the SW campus. Coach K is a very nice space.

The large gym with multiple machines, no waiting for any machines. Everyone is pretty curtious to each other. Staff tries to keep the enviroment clean
Fitness manager, Brandon, was very thorough, personable, and Professional in explaining every aspect of my purchased fitness training program! He answered all of my numerous questions clearly and concisely, and was convincingly impressive throughout the session!!
I love the masters swim class, spin classes and body pump classes. I love the other members who help to hold you accountable and their positive vibe and attitude. I love the convince of the JCC.

Plenty of equipment to use, just a minor suggestion, nice to have a flat table where you could lie down and do back exercises, for some of us it hard to get up from the floor!
