The front office staff are always very friendly and welcoming and they always say goodbye or have a nice day when you leave the club. Amazing instructors, club is clean and lots of amenities!
Cornerstone staff has gone to extraordinary lengths to make me feel safe & protected during my workouts. Besides classes, I do my stretch & flexibility routines out on the floor. I have been impressed with how vigilantly my fellow members are in following the mask regs, as well as wiping down machines and mats. My family has questioned my going to the gym because I'm "older" & therefore more susceptible. And I have invited them to visit the gym with me to see how it can be done safely. Kudos to Jim & his excellent staff.

We returned to our work-outs at the JCC Fitness Center a few weeks ago, upon the recommendation of a good friend of ours (a retired health worker), whose positive experience there encouraged us to come back. The process to sign up for your work-out via the phone app. is very smooth, the fitness center has not been at all crowded during our work-out time slots, and the facility feels well maintained, clean and safe. On the day of your work-out, before you enter the building you are required to complete the required health screening via your JCC phone app., a process which is easy and fast. After you've done the screening you immediately receive confirmation via email, which you quickly show to the security guard as you enter the building from the parking deck, where you also quickly get your temperature checked. You then scan your JCC fob at the main desk (where often you will find Tina waiting for you with a smile, a good joke, or both), and you're ready for your work-out. That first day back, as we entered the fitness center, we felt particularly comforted when we spotted two of our beloved gym "regulars," who apparently returned just as soon as the JCC had re-opened. For so many reasons, it feels great to be back, and we hope to see more of your familiar faces soon.
The instructors and staff are great---small, friendly feel with classes you'd find at bigger clubs.
I like and appreciate the level of safety and cleanliness that Cornerstone maintains. I appreciate the signage about masks/distancing and the extra cleaning by the staff. I feel extremely safe at Cornerstone. I use the facility at least 5 days (sometimes 6 or 7) days a week. The staff is extremely friendly-I appreciate that they know my name and greet me each time I enter and leave the club.
I do wish that you could extend the hours on the weekends-at least till 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday and till 8 on Friday night. If the staff could wear name tags it would be extremely helpful
so I could greet them as well.

I do not at all like the new bikes in the cycling studio. The old bikes with easy to use levers and adjustments were so much better and preferred.

I love everything about LifeBridge Health and Fitness. I love the cleanliness, the abundance of equipment, the variety of activities. Prior to the Pandemic there was always someone knowledgeable to assist you with training or the equipment.
A couple of days ago I visited the gym for the first time since the Pandemic and a brought someone with me. After showing her around, she joined the very next day.
The staff is outstanding! Excellent equipment, terrific space and times that work for me.

I had really enjoyed my membership for many reasons including all of the exercise activities and special events but with this pandemic we are facing it is quite a different story although I still plan to keep to use it in the sort of limited mode we are in. Hopefully things will return to normal.
I love the aquafit classes. The teachers Lori and Alice are terrific.
