It’s the only gym I’ve ever walked into and felt immediately comfortable. People smile and are helpful. I feel safe going to an indoor class. And above all, the staff, instructors, and trainers make the visit enjoyable. They are like family.

Overall the gym is really good. Solid amount of space overall and never feel like there is not enough space. Has most of the equipment I need besides a few things but out of the gyms in the area it probably takes the best spot.
Everyone at the club is so friendly and exceptionally helpful if you have a problem.

Friendly staff . Wish the club had at least another live Silver Sneakers class during the day each week. 1 class isn’t really enough.
The JCC is open. It's not crowded and it feels safe.
There are people of all ages and skill levels working out there. So, there's never a reason to feel self-conscious.

Franco's offers great classes, lively music, and an awesome, friendly staff. It's never too crowded and the machines are always in tip-top condition. The only thing that I would add (this comes from a total dreamland fantasy and is not reflective of the current condition of Francos) is chilled spa towels. I once attended a gym with a little mini-fridge filled with chilled lavender towels, and holy moly I felt like a pretty gym princess.
In any case, I love Francos and recommend y'all to everyone. You're currently running an October promotion where we can bring a guest throughout the month. I've been trying to get my lazy friends to accompany me and experience the joy of Francos. If you're considering extending the "bring a friend" until November, I'm sure I can rope some of them in! (Hahaha, hopefully.)
