Everyone was very kind, helpful and welcoming. The hot room temp and humidity was perfect which allowed for a great sweat. The YIN class was an excellent learning opportunity and my body felt great afterwards. I would highly recommend your studio to friends and anyone looking for a great experience.
I love taking the hot yoga classes when I get a chance. The instructors are patient and really make the class enjoyable.
Both Wicker/Lincoln park studios are clean (have not been to the one in south loop), class schedule is not p.i.t.a since there are multiple locations/hours to choose from. Teachers are friendly (Connie is great!)
