Multiple locations and the knowledge of most of you instructors.
I love how you guys solely focus on Bikram style yoga. It makes it feel that you guys want the students to really embrace and learn the practice. Yes there's a ton of different types of yoga out there, but knowing everyone walks into the door and leaves with the same experience after those 90 min is really nice. Also i love your time slots and that you guys sneak in those smart 60 classes throughout the week. Other bikram studios only provide like 3 time slots per day. So i really like the variety given here. My final kudos would have to go towards always keeping us updated with the events going on and activities you add for us to participate outside of class. TRIP TO PUERTO VALLARTA OMG SO COOL. I know theres lots of other stuff that i love about this place but i guess thats all for now :)

Regarding the people behind the desk I have to say they have been very nice to me every time, guiding me on all the essentials I needed to know the first day, and the rest of times they have been very attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for the class. What can I say about the classes? I really like being there, I enjoy them and I feel more focused and relax after them.

I like the fact that the instructors are friendly and really care about their students. I just dislike when class is inturupted when the instructor stops and offers people water, mats, towels etc. that should all be taken care of before class. They always ask when I check in if I need anything, so imagine that everyone is asked and if they don't have the item maybe they didn't need it, especially if it is not a new student. I try to make the class a meditation and distractions do not help
I love how I feel after taking your classes. I love the consistency of the quality of the teachers. I love how nice and helpful everyone is. I also love the wide variety of locations and times classes are offered. Great job John and Mike!
Everyone is very nice and open to talking about the classes. I haven't been in over a year and enjoyed my experience just as much as I did my first time!

Friendly, low-key but talented instructor -- comfortable there on my first time doing hot yoga even though I was in the advanced class and shouldn't have been! Look forward to returning (to beginners class). It felt great.
