The instructor Kate was amazing and kind during her class. The evening instructor was open and friendly and introduced herself - during her class she continuously said suck in your stomach - which I was- my muscles were tight but It is impossible to suck in the layer of fat on the outside. :) I found I had to quiet my mind and not let myself feel self conscious and know in time and with commitment to classes it will shrink. Just a side note, and its wonderful to come back to hot yoga after a two year hiatous.
The teachers are good and approachable. They have helpful advice if I need to modify postures or work extra hard on some of them. The schedule and services are reliable. There are plenty of classes so I can drop by whenever I wish. Now there are different classes, too, so there is a variety to chose from. The only things I wish were different are 1) the women's locker room in the South Loop is small, and 2) some students are not courteous: they don't wipe the floor before they leave the studio, they take too much time in the shower, or they talk on their cellphones in the locker room. The instructors were so helpful and caring. Bring it was my first class I was helped and treated like I've been going there for years. Such a great studio!

Very friendly inviting environment. First time doing Yoga. Glad for it to have been at 105F South Loop.
This was my first Nidra class and so I asked the rep what I could expect. He was right. I couldn't remember portions of the hour class. I went into the class tight and stressed and left feeling very relaxed and loose. I need to go to this class more often and get my boyfriend to join me.
I like that your facility doesn't have carpet which in other studios tends to smell. I also enjoy the space in general and the lounge areas. I do wish there were better changing facilities however. It gets crowded and the womens changing area is not comfortable at all. Other than that I love your place.

The teachers are always so friendly and helpful. Beginners are felt welcomed and not intimidated.
The facility is clean and well stocked. I would like the carpeting in the upstairs room to be changed to hardwood or laminate flooring for hygienic reasons.
Conni provided me with additional information after class that helped me stretch my legs when I couldn't get to yoga class.

She truly cares about the students and very often will give personalized instruction to help ones practice. She doesn't just stand there reciting the poses.
