It was a Saturday my brakes starting chattering and I was going to heading for a long drive to the mountains called my regular mechanic and he couldn't get me in until my departure date. I started looking for a shop so that I could get fixed as soon as possible I was able to schedule my appointment for early Monday Morning Chris listened and I mentioned about my upcoming travel so we setup a plan to also get the vehicle serviced along wit a few other maintenance issues. They quickly got to work and within 25 hours I was back on the road will definitely use them again very friendly staff

The team in Owasso listened to my concerns and after they assessed the vehicle they prioritized the recommended repairs and provided the final cost for each. I explained that I was going to take the car back to the dealership where I bought it 48 hours earlier and the tech was supportive of the decision in light of the recent purchase situation. I was upset with myself for not doing more research on the car before purchasing and one of the techs took time to assure me the car still had some positives and encouraged me to not be quite so hard on myself. If I ever need to, I’ll go back to CBA. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable team members. Thank you!
