Their honesty! I took my daughter's car in for an oil change because her computer was alerting her that a change was due. However after inspection Sylar called to let us know that the last company that did her oil change set the next oil change to be due after 300 miles instead of 3000. They could have easily done the oil change and charged me however he reset the computer at no charge. Very impressed with this company.

Christian Brothers (CB) in Owasso, OK employs a mechanic named James Jeter. We have done business with James for almost 20 years and have always been treated reasonably and with excellent results from his work. The fact that James chose CB to work for caught our attention almost as soon as we found out he was working for your company first in Tulsa, OK and now in Owasso. Further, he is surrounded by a management group in Owasso that approach their business as carefully and properly as James does. I feel confident if James decides to retire or move much farther away from our South Tulsa, OK that we could still depend on the quality of service we have come to have faith in would still be found at CB in Owasso. Everyone was friendly, I think Bruce has worked at a funeral home at one time, he is so formal,lol. The prices were printed out, the prices quoted was the price I paid. Having a shuttle service was wonderful, I don't have any way to get home. The place was so clean, you really cant tell there was a garage working. Christain Brothers automotive is now my garage for any thing my car may need. MY CAR RUNS GREAT.
