Great service, but it took over an hour and it was significantly higher ($130) than anywhere I have ever been. It had an old oil change reminder tag I forgot to remove from the window that didn't reflect the latest oil change - so I don't know if the extra expense was due to them thinking I was way overdue for an oil change. Now that I know what to expect, I would consider them again, but budget accordingly.
Friendliness, everyone is always so kind and willing to help. It’s always so easy to schedule an appointment and they work hard to get things done quickly. Appreciate everyone.
I loked that everyone that I came into contact with at Christian Bros was so friendly and nice to me. The problem with the car sort of rattled me as I wasn't expecting it, and being away from home when it happened...I wasn't sure where to take it or what to do. Our son lives in Owasso and he said he's heard nothing but good things about Christian Bros, so that was good enough for me. I hadn't planned on the cost of a car repair, but if it had to happen, I'm glad it happened when/where it did. I'm grateful to Christian Bros for taking such good care of us.

Great communication! I was kept current on the status of my vehicle as it was moving through their process. I very much appreciate the summary of my vehicle status as it helps me plan needed attention to keep it running. Chris was extra knowledgeable and helpful and frankly, he gave me a level of confidence that my car was in the hands of folks that knew what they were doing.
