I have always been pleased with my experiences with Christian Brothers-( and my late husband ALWAYS was pleased with Christian Brothers)-and even though I did not choose to have my car repaired by them this time-I am on a limited income and I was able to find a mechanic who could work with me on a lesser hourly rate, plus the place of business is much more close than the 17 miles I had to go to Christian Brothers. Anyway, everyone there was extremely nice to me, and I do so appreciate Neail (sp)making arrangements to let me bring my car for an estimate. All of the guys were so pleasant and helpful. And in the past I was always pleased with any of the work that was performed on my car. In fact this is the first time in 5 years that I have had to do any major work done on my car, which is a reflections on any work that was done in the past was a long lasting repair job. Thanks again!

Courteous, prompt, flexible to adjust when my schedule changed. Having said that, I'm ASSUMING they did a good job on the oil change and used the expensive synthetic oil for which I paid. There are/have been several scams going on in Austin where shops charge forthe expensive oil but use cheap oil. I have not investigated that at CB.
