I love the fact that I, a single woman, can walk into an automotive business and not be taken advantage of. There are still so many of these businesses that do, unfortunately, take advantage of the woman who walks in alone, assuming she knows nothing about her vehicle. But it's not happening here at CBA, I feel like family there!! Thanks especially to Neil and his wife on the Brodie store in Austin, TX....

Professional and courteous. Though there was an issue that drove me away in the past about wheel log nuts, but I don't use the tire service here for a long while now so I don't have that issue any more. Other than that was great. I came back and found the jobs were clean and professional. Everybody was friendly and courteous, especially the coffee and water offered made the waiting pleasant at the clean and comfortable waiting room. The shuttle service was great too. I will go back for future service.

Shane made sure my AC issues were diagnosed very quickly and then went the extra mile to locate an AC compressor and get everything repaired so I could get on the road the next day for my drive down to South Padre for a three-day vacation. Very prompt, courteous customer service and knowledgeable, trustworthy information and service on the vehicle.

I find that this company is honest & friendly. They seem to really be concerned about giving good service & not trying to just upcharge you for services you don't need.

Felt like your staff did a a good job at a fair price and were extremely prompt and courteous. I previously had taken my car for an oil change at a dealer's service department and even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for 3 hrs.

Besides the friendly people, I like the clear explanations I get for the work that needs to be done or has been done. They don't hesitate to point out options, if a less expensive part can be obtained and will do the job. They have occasionally helped me out in emergencies at no charge. Whether it's maintenance or a major repair, I have confidence in the fairness of their estimates and charges. I'm a female senior citizen, and they don't talk down to me or take advantage of me; in fact some of the folks at MY Christian Bros. are not that far behind me, age and experience-wise. I know their major concern is keeping my car safe for me to drive.

I feel that I get the best quality service and that Christian Brothers always treats me with respect.
