I really like the attitude of the people; there honesty and there ability to assist in any way possible is very evident. I brought my cadillac in the other day for repair work on the a/c. They told me what needed to be done and gave me an estimated price. That afternoon they told me that they were unsuccessful in repairing it. They never charged me anything for the labor and other things. I really appreciatde that for they could have charged me; and I would have paid. Appreciate it; thanks.

They always work me in when I need an appointment. They remind me when some things need to be done on my car, such as the inspection being due. It's kinda like taking care of my cats. My car is the patient and I'm the chauffeur who needs to bring it in. :-)

We have used CBA for many years for our vehicles. You might think you are walking into a fancy business office when you enter, instead of a mechanic. Pleasant music greets customers as they enter the air conditioned waiting room decorated with wood floors and leather sofas. I actually enjoy waiting for my vehicle. Unless, of course, I elect to use their free ride back home or to work while my vehicle is in the shop. Beyond aesthetics, everyone we encounter at CBA is friendly, knowledgable and professional. I am sure some of the employees have hard days now and then, as all of us do. I never encounter a grumpy employee at CBA. From the owners to the mechanics, anyone can explain to me the problem and solution for my vehicle in an understandable and not-too-painful manner. CBA treats us like family.
