Service manager. ,Keith, explained to me the problems associated with my concerns. He also explained what was necessary to fix the problems, and the cost for the repairs.
He gave me the most he could in discounts and assured me they would be prepared to fix whatever I am not happy with.

My experience was nothing short of the best service and compliance that I have ever had in my 71 years. The staff and the mechanics are exceptional. My every concern was treated expertly and fairly. I would rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 as a 15+. I can never say enough wonderful things about this company and their entire staff. If I ever have an occasion that I may require autobrepair, I will not hesitate to take it to these people who I trust.

Great quick reliable service

Took my truck in right away on a busy schedule and understood that it was a tight schedule for repairs as the truck went in on Friday but I needed it for a work trip Tuesday. Parts were ordered first thing Monday morning and were installed upon arrival and the truck was ready quickly.
Shane kept me in the loop more so than I expected and really took care of me. Excellent customer service and technicians!

Christian Brothers gives you a sense of quality and trust. They are honest and very knowledgeable. But beyond that the quality of service is A1.

Honest, efficient, nice atmosphere, gave me a ride home

1) They inspected my vehicle the same day
2) provided an analysis of the issues, along with a breakdown on parts & labor = total cost
3) the thorough inspection report included photos and an explanation for anything that had to be deplaced
4) Keith, sales manager, spoke to me for nearly thirty nineties and we developed a report about honesty & transparency. They sent additional photos to show I had blown a head gasket and would need a new engine. This is obviously something I didn’t want to hear, however, Keith made some calls and searched for alternatives to buying a obtains new engine from the factory. Which could have costed over $10,000 after parts and labor.
5) the very next morning, Keith called me with (3) options. Two of which would save me money. I selected to get a gently used engine with only (52,000) miles on it and has a full one year warranty as well. Selecting this option saved me between $2,500-3,000 dollars.
6) Even though no one wants to replace their engine, they went the extra mile, stayed in contact daily, and in the end gave me a good resolution at a much cheaper cost! I must say I’m pleased with that.
7) I had allowed them to work on my brakes earlier in Feb 2021, and also had a great experience.
8) Techs and mechanics are always hard at work here, never see them not working on someone’s vehicle. Their office and even the garage area where they do the work is kept clean and almost meticulous!
9) Above all, the customer service I was provided by Keith (sales/office) manager was phenomenal. I had recently gone through a divorce and tough times, and he took time out of his day to share some encouragement with me. That’s caring and going beyond the call of duty. Here, you aren’t just another number to them, you’re a person and an opportunity to earn business that will keep coming back for all their mechanical ness. Excellent work, well done!
