Hello
I keep getting texts wanting to know how you did, but I have no Smart Phone, so I’ll just snail-mail.
The van seems to be running fine. I have two concerns.
One: The tech dirtied/greased up my carpet something awful. I spent about an hour with my Simple Green and water bottle and high-powered vacuum and finally got it clean.
Two: I thought I made it clear there was a bad noise coming from bank 1, passenger side. It sounds like a blown exhaust manifold gasket to me. It is a clicking noise.
I would be willing to pay for the installation of said gasket, but not another $165.00 diagnosis fee.

Everyone is always courteous and no matter what I’m getting service for it is done in a time efficient manner.
Everything- prices are a little higher than most places but the service, warranty and peace of mind are well worth the difference.

Their knowledge on vehicles and their problems with the solution was amazing. The courtesy and kindness along with speed is something 90% of other automotive companies should aspire to be. I do wish that the problem with my vehicle could have been fixed by them rather than the dealer mechanic.

They were very helpful and quick with the repair work. They also were friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy I chose this shop.
Christian Brothers was attentive to my vehicle as soon as it was dropped off by the tow truck. They were able to get it in the system the same day, and install a new alternator the next day. It was a quick turn time, with updates notified to me on each step.
I like that they drive me home while they work on my car. The people working there are always very friendly. I am a recent widow and am always wary that someone is trying to take advantage of me. I am hopeful that this is not happening at Christian Brothers. So far, they seem to be fair and honest with me.
