Christian Brothers Techs are knowledgeable and efficient. When you are told something will be repaired by a certain time, it is - or they will call and let you know if there is a delay. If you are not satisfied, they will do all they can to rectify the situation.

Fast service and your employees are so courteous and friendly. Each time I've been there I've felt that you were truly concerned about my problems. Just before I left for vacation, I brought my car in because the "check engine light came on." We thought we had the problem fixed but before I was 200 miles out of OKC it came on again. It's still on. but haven't been able to detect any particular problem and the car is running fine. When I get home in August I will bring it back in....if I don't have a problem before then.

I received courteous service from my first inquiry to when I picked up my vehicle. I asked for an estimate and not only did I receive that in writing I might add but I got a detailed one too! It not only included what the "norm" was for my request for some maintenance work but also included a "basic" price and another that covered the worst case senario as well. I appreciated that being on a budget! I also had been told by a "quick lube" type place that I had several issues. This turned out not to be true. Christian Brothers checked out my complaints and found nothing wrong. They could have repaired these other items and I'd never known that I didn't need them. But they were honest and up front and said they didn't find anything leaking when I was told I had a serious leak! Christian Brothers has earned my respect and my business. I've already sung their praises all over the office!
