The problem was immediately (within a day) accurately identified and remedied. My experience with other auto shops is that they are ok with 'run of the mill' problems, however they are fairly clearly clueless at identifying a problem that has not already been pointed out by the owner. I had already made a trip to a local garage, and was told there was no problem. Within a week my car was violently shuddering, and I had it towed to Christian Brothers. The culprit was 'a middle ignition coil'. I had never thought of going to Christian Brothers. But somebody recommended them as excellent diagnostitians. And they are. At my previous garage I would be routinely, and automatically be put on hold for 15 minutes, without my permission, just to obtain an update on my car. This was never a problem at CB. And they sent a car to pick me up when my car was repaired. Yes it was more expensive than the other garage, but I was treated with respect, and the work was completed in a timely manner. At CB, they do not take the customer for granted, and they guaranteed the part and labor for (I believe) 36,0000 miles, or one year, whichever is longest. My only complaint would be that they put a used part on my car without talking with me about it first. I was not pleased with this. And because of this, I would like to ammend my initial score of 10, to an 8. Everything else was perfection.

Greatly appreciated their efficiency and great customer service. They identified the problem with my car quickly. They were straightforward with their assessments and fixed the problem i had with my car that other repair shops overlooked. Will definitely come back for future car maintenance.
