What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

Everyone is always SO nice at Christian Brothers Automotive in Cedar Hill. James, typically, is my customer service representative who helps me with my vehicle estimates. On my last visit, I was able to meet David, the owner. James was out running an errand and Daviid checked my vehicle into the shop. It was almost closing time and I was waiting for my ride. My ride was running a bit late and as they were leaving, they were concerned about leaving me in the parking lot. I told them I would be fine. It was above and beyond for them to offer me a ride. I would have taken them up on it but I lived 30 minutes away. I have had work done there twice with the work done in a timely manner and the pricing was fair. All in all, I can tell they care about me and my well-being. I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else to have work done. Kudos, to the Christian Brothers Automotive team!

Everyone was so friendly. The waiting room was so nice it didn't seem like I had been waiting long at all, even though they had to order another part while I waited. They replaced the studs on my back passenger tire and I haven't had any more problems with the vibration I was feeling. The available courtesy car was offered to take me home but the stay wasn't bad at all. I would recommend others to Christian Brothers.

First of all being greeted immediately and the atmosphere of caring about my situation. The extra effort explain my potential future repairs and the quality of the facility! Oftentimes as a lady you expect dust, oil and gas smell but I felt like I was waiting to be seen at a Fortune 500 office! Pricing was reasonable and my quotes for future work were explained thoroughly. I definitely appreciated the follow-up call and Steve greeted me as an old friend!

My wife and I feel that we can trust the technicians. This is rare in the automotive technician sector. Between dealerships and other automotive facilities, it always seems that they'll tell you anything to get you to spend money when you don't really need to. We will continue doing business with Christian Brothers because of their sincerity, as well as their expertise. Keep up the good work!
