Great customer service, fast, upfront and honest. I felt like I was appreciated as a customer even though this was my first time there. I felt like I was a human being, smart and they were not out to get my money but really wanted to fix the problem. They took care of me quickly and efficiently. I went to them for a second opinion after being refer to them. The first place I went too told me my car wasn't out of alignment but to stop my tires from balding so fast (less than a year) I needed to put almost $800 worth of stuff on it to fix that. I went to Discount Tires to get a new tire and they told me to go to you guys first for another opinion because that didn't sound right. I was so glad I did!!!!! Saved me about $700!!!!!!!! And it was my alignment! I would refer anyone to you guys. Also the follow up call was awesome. I didn't get a chance to talk to them but it was great that they called almost a week later just to check up on everything! You guys are great!

It was excellent. My neighbor recommended you. I had called several other repair shops, and had obtained a quote from the dealer for my car repairs. Your staff called me within a few hours of my dropping off the car, to give me a quote to re-set the timing after the diagnosis, and called promptly the following morning to report the results and explain what additional repairs were required, and why. They called as soon as it was ready - just a few hours later - and offered to pick me up. They also inquired if I had a ride home when I dropped off the car. The car purrs like a kitten, and your staff called me again the next day to make sure everything was ok with the car and with their service. The shop and waiting area are spotless, and everyone was friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Christian Brothers to anyone I know who needs car repairs of any kind.

I took my vehicle in for air conditioning issues. I dropped it off and I was promised a diagnostic by the end of the day. As promised, I was contacted that afternoon with a run down of suggested repairs along with costs. After discussion, I agreed to repairs and my vehicle was promised by noon the next day. Around 9:45 A.M., the next day, James called me and said my vehicle was ready. I have NEVER had such a fabulous experience with any sort of vehicle repair. I am SO glad I went to Christian Brothers.

I had a special case experience at Christian Brothers where we could not pin point why my breaks would on a occasion grind like they had NOT been changed less than 6 months ago. But Steven treated me like royalty and re-did the job at no cost to me and also fit me into to his schedule even though he did inform me that that particular day was extremely booked or (what have you). I appreciate Steven going the extra mile on my account. I will continue to utilize Christian Bro's services as long as you have people like Steven... Excellent service very much appreciated!
