The remodel is great. The self serve popcorn was nice. The lower price ticket, with reclining seats, was the best part. We will definitely drive a couple of miles further to go back to NW.

My favorite place is Northwest. They have slowly moved up with the times but has always been such a great place. The workers have always been extremely nice respectful and helpful. The place is always clean. Just always a great overall experience.

When I go to the theater any of them Cinemark it's not good either way santikos theaters I give santikos theater 4 thumbs up the people are very friendly they're not rude like other people are the drinks are refills your popcorn is refills other places like Cinemark yeah they got new stuff and they got but when you buy a large popcorn you got one popcorn free then the next one is free after that you can get no more and it goes with the sodas also I love santikos theater Jesus Sepulveda and Sylvia Gonzalez we love to go to the movies a lot

I like the staff at this location, they are courteous but prompt to take care of any and all issues. The facility has always kept up with upcoming trends in entertainment but yet keeping that small town feel. The prices are also very competitive which is one of the main reasons I will always choose this location first
