Love the Santikos chain. Most experiences at the NW location have been pleasant. Only issues are with some of the customers being noisy etc... things the theater cannot necessarily control for unless it escalates. Will be back in the future.

The service is great. The self serve popcorn and drinks is great. The chairs in the theatre are awesome and comfortable. The price at Northwest is also more appealing than the other theatres. I am a consistent customer with my family at Northwest Santikos.

I really enjoy going to this location, especially since the renovation of the seating. I've never had any issues until yesterday. I can safely say that this was an isolated incident that occurred. I was seated beside a couple around their early to mid thirties. They were talking extremely loud during the movie. I thought that it would end, but it didn't. I looked at them and their bizarre behavior. I decided to go to the concession area and asked to be seated in another area. They staff was kind enough to grant my request. I noticed that this couple had gotten up several times during the movie. The woman in the couple returned back from wherever she went stumbling to the point of bumping into the seating of the theater. Like I said, this was an isolated incident. I've been a patron for this particular theater for at least 10 years now. As long as the staff continues to give excellent service and is responsive to my concerns. I'll still be coming here for another 10 years, or more.

Recliners are comfortable. Self serve popcorn is great because I can add butter in the middle of the container. It was a quiet night so there was no waiting.

Your associate Jacob Morgan gave me Awesome customer service! I was feeling sick due to motion sickness. The movie I viewed had too much movement . He showed me he was concerned and cares about customers. He was very understanding and gave me a free pass.
He made his customer smile. I will surely come back to this theater. I also mentioned one of the seats did not recline and he said it would get repaired.

I always go to Santikos Northwest location because its convenient. Friendly staff easy access to refill popcorn and drink stations right before the movie starts. I don't have to wait in line and miss anything. I also like the rewards helps out when the whole family attends. What I really love is this company is all about giving back toy drive during Christmas and collecting coats for the community who are less fortunate. Just wanted to mention ever consider on the rewards if there was a way during the holidays people could donate their rewards just a convenient way to give back. When they login to purchase tickets as a add on next to redeem rewards the can donate whatever their choosing. Maybe reward a free drink or medium popcorn for doing so?? Just a thought. Thank you
