Visits! Most employees are not very
Friendly or smile, unless they are talking to
Co workers! Customers should matter
And count more! Even most managers
Aren't friendly or smile with customers!
Northwest is nothing like the Bijou when
It comes to customer service or the
Consistent taste of great popcorn!
Also, why is it always so cold?

The self serve popcorn machines are super cool! Easy to get to this location and plenty of parking. The only thing was, it feels dark in the parking lot.

Your staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly. The property and cinema overall were really clean fresh and very inviting. The seat selection and the comfort of these are top notch and would never go anywhere else. Santikos has really won me over.
