I took my car in because it was running rough and I thought that there was something very wrong with the engine. Everyone was friendly and positive and made me feel that they were interested and listening to all of my concerns. The mechanic took one look at it and knew that it just needed a new motor mount!!! I was so relieved and glad that it was just that easy. I think if I went anywhere else that it could have cost me a lot more. My car runs very smooth now!!! I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism of all the staff and I even got a ride to my home several miles away. So if you have a problem with your car and not sure what it is, than this is the place to go and they will give you an honest professional opinion!

Wonderful experience! Clean, beautiful waiting room, friendly ownership and staff. They were able to take my truck the same day I called for a brake job: new pads and rotors. The updates they provided were amazing: a text message as soon as the tech began work, a detailed email along with images of all the areas they checked as part of the service, and a similarly detailed report with my final estimate. THEN, I got a direct phone call to provide them with authorization to begin work, and to review any questions I may have.
All-in-all, a fantastic experience. I now have a terrific alternative to the dealer. Oh, and that same brake job cost me a full $500 more at the dealer!

We’re new to CB and have been very impressed. The guys are quick and incredibly friendly. And honest. Midas told me I needed a new $9,700 engine which I knew wasn’t true. CB confirmed what I thought I needed, a new manifold, at a fraction of the cost of a new engine. We’re sold on Christian Bros!
