The communication was outstanding this time. I appreciated being kept in the loop, as if I was the only customer and I know it was not.
Everything fixed as expected. There were some delays in processing a warranty claim. Some extra communication during this time would have been helpful so we knew the status and were not having to call daily.

I have no complaints. Everything was explained to me on what needed to be done and what could wait. A lot of detail was provided on my service and what still needs to be done so it can be planned for. The detailed report was massive as I hadn't done anything to the car since I bought it; however everything explained well, pictures were provided of issues with the car. Overall, very impressed and would recommend others go get their cars checked out there. Now I'm just putting the other items into the budget to get them done. Christian Brothers actually worked on 2 of my cars a week apart and was very impressed with the service/detailed reporting on both vehicles.

My steering issue was diagnosed thoroughly and for a reasonable charge. I was presented with several options for the repair but elected not to do everything, and the decision was understood and accepted by the service writer. Shuttle service to and from home is a definite plus.

It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and they did a solid inspection of my car. I enjoy the email/sms notification of the inspection results and work quotes. It’s a really nice and easy to use system. The shuttle service was also a huge plus.
