The service was great. However, I received an email stating that if I needed something to reply. I replied, asking to be called as soon as it was ready. Long story short I had to call to see if it was ready. Surprise, it was. If I had a 10:00 appointment. Why did it take till 2:00 to get it done. A major repair...but, an oil change! I will still take my truck to Christian Brothers but, I guess it's just as easy not to make an appointment as it would be to just show up.
