I love the fact that you offer an in town shuttle. Both of the drivers were most excellent. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. I appreciated that I received a pre service report with pictures.

The staff feel like family. They welcome you with a smile and warm greeting. The office feels like a comfortable home not some smelly tire shop. It’s appointed with nice furniture, snacks and even reading materials.
The vehicle report they provide makes sense and is easy to navigate. It details what needs to be done immediately and what is recommended in the future.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am comfortable having my car serviced there as they are up front and honest about the work my car needs, and also what services it does not need. I appreciate having photos along with each area of the car that's looked at. Other service places don't do this. And having Charlie sit on my lap and shower me with kisses is a plus!
