On time and took care of business. I will always come to Christian Bros. Because I believe they are good at what they do. But I would suggest to stop advertising a $39.95 full synthetic oil change when we all know that is not the real charge. Just advertise the full price.

My air conditioner on my vehicle was not working. I was able to get in right away and received an estimate. After changing out the condenser it still didn’t work. They let me know that they thought the compressor was also an issue. They gave me an updated estimate. It took longer than expected but the end result is that the air conditioner is now working and I felt they were fair in their pricing.

I am from Indianapolis Indiana. That being said, I personally have known 11 different people throughout my lifetime whom have utilized their services. Furthermore, not one of them was ever dissatisfied or felt as if they were gouged in a monetary sense. After recent service that I found that I would need on my vehicle, I immediately thought of Christian Brothers. Every individual that I spoke with was very honest, professional, and forthcoming. I was quoted a price and given an expected time of completion of work. All of the aforementioned were as promised. I even was informed that work that one of the tasks I wanted done, did not need to be done anytime in the near future.
Honesty, professionalism, and integrity are the things that I had always heard of Christian Brothers Automotive. 20 plus years later, I myself have to whole heartedly concur.

The staff at Christian Brothers were very accommodating over the phone and were willing to provide a non-standard replacement for our small trailer leaf spring. When we arrived, everyone in the well-staffed office was friendly and took care of us right away (even though it was lunch hour). The waiting room was nice enough to call it a living room, and they had good coffee and snacks for weary travelers. The shop area was clean and well organized. The service was a bit higher than we expected, but overall it was a great experience with fast and friendly service.
Prompt, courteous, informed service writers addressing what "needs" to be done, especially on low mieage vehicles. And the cookies!
