The welcome was warm, the service was excellent/ smooth process with explanation by text which keeps me informed before work progresses. A big thanks to Chip Ownerfriendly, honest, genuinely, caring and his wife who keeps waiting room area stocked and such comfortable atmosphere, Tom/ Thomas S. Who is genuinely caring and truly personable and helpful problem solver/“service advisor”. He took his time again explaining the process and steps being taken to ensure leaks are discovered and repaired in a timely manner. He makes the whole process relaxing. AJ who checked me in with confidence and a smile and of course my two mechanical technicians who troubleshooted and carefully , resolved part of leak are resolvingleak with ble dye, to identify source or origin of leaks. Thank you for the effort in degreasing/cleaning the leak to pinpoint origin. Also I was given a courtesy inspection of two issues of concern. 😊 thank you so grateful.
