The front office was extremely clean. I was treated with all due respect and courtesy. After taking care of my refreshments needs, my auto was checked in for an oil change and a inspection. All expected of my inspection was explained in detail. After a reasonable amount of time my car was ready. Giving another fresh bottle of cold water and I was on my way.

They were very communicative about everything, they helped with a tow to the shop and they were able to fix our issues. The last time we bothered asking somebody about our AC years ago, they quoted 1500 - it ended up just under 600 ( as part of the rest of the repairs). It's the second time I've been here, I'll be back again. In some instances it's a little more expensive but 100% worth it - I have never felt taken advantage of or viewed as a dumb cash cow. So- would 100% recommend.
The personnel were outstanding from the moment I walked in. The person at the front desk was pleasant and inviting. He smiled and looked me in the eye when speaking to me. I felt like he wanted my business, he was enjoying his work. No complaints whatsoever.

My vehicle broke down on the highway and had to be towed to Christian Brothers and dropped in the lot at 8:00 in the evening. We are from Canada so had no history dealing with Christian Brothers. We were sent an email the next morning at 7:30 explaining the issue and cost of the repair. After approving the repair they started right away.They were able to get the radiator replaced and had us back on the road by mid afternoon. The cost was exactly what they quoted . Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Christian Brother.
