I very much like the sculpt classes
From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with the most positive energy - smiles and familiar faces. This is exactly what I need either before or after a long, crazy day at work. I joined CPY about a year and a half ago and my love for the studios, in La and outside, has only continued to grow. I love CPY and the teachers that inspire and encourage me to only want to continue to grow my practice on and off the mat. Jamie, Alex, Sarah, Brad, Charlotte, Nicole, Kristie Rose, Alexandria...the list goes on. Nothing but love for you all! Thank you CPY for being that special space for me.

I took a C1 class. The instructor Zach H. was terrific. It was the best class I have ever taken.

I love corepower yoga but you guys need to work on the temperature regulation. It is widely variable within the same class. Multiple people in childs pose because of the heat before instructor finally opened a door and turned down humidity. Thanks!

Loved the class!!! It had a great mix of poses and core work. Love that it was very different from other classes, included vinyasa and some bikram movements as well as even Pilates! Wonderful workout! The C2 class was challenging but definitely doable and loved the added heat! The playlist was upbeat and energizing and Christian was an amazing instructor! For my first visit, I was wonderfully pleased and will be back!
I loved the hot fusion yoga I did. the instructor was very helpful when anyone was struggling to get into the right position.
It's nice to have free parking and a big location. Definitely need to put blinds up in room. It was terribly hot.
I'm new to yoga, but know the benefits that it can bring to my well being. Everyone was so welcoming and sincere. My instructors were very helpful by making sure that I wasn't doing any of the moves in a way that would hurt my body.
