The class and teacher made my day. I loved my first yoga studio experience. The body sculpting class was challenging but amazingly relaxing at the same time. I had be idea I could get my edrenoline pumped while finding my inner peace.
consistently teachers that are awesome. Seeing a name I know, that I know I love their class, is comforting and makes coming a no brainer. Sorta like oh, I see tunde at 2, thats the one i'm going to.

Really enjoy my time at core. My constructive criticism is to please switch to more natural choices for shampoo and soups. It's great to sweat and it sucks to have more chemical choices right after to put on your skin.
I love the variety of clothing and I love that you don't have to sign up in advance for classes. MJ is always the best and has great music!
The changing rooms are nice, along with having your own locker. I also didn't think I would like it but I do like that C1 classes are the same all week. It was also nice to work up a sweat. Again, I didn't think I would like it. The size of the studio where classes I like because you never feel on top of one another with others sweating. It is also wonderful you provide an 8:30 PM and a 8:45 pm class. I like the teachers demonstrate postures when needed. They are also good with bringing students back who are trying to do an advance pose when they are not at that level. I will say that some of the sequences had us going from a backbend to a forward fold and then a backbend with no transition. It is a shock to the body. Also the body should do all backbends before forward folds.

The studio was nice, had easy parking, and wasn't too crowded. The sculpt class was easier than ones I've been to in Boston & DC, so it could made be a little more difficult.

I love that CorePower offers a variety of yoga practices -- from C2, to sculpt, to HPF. I especially enjoy classes from Chris and Anna. Their classes are challenging, interesting, playful, and fun. I could attend their classes several times a week and don't feel any redundancy. Their styles and sequencing are unique to their wonderful personalities.
