This is the nicest core power I’ve ever been to. Teachers are awesome, fireplace is lovely and there is plenty of space in the locker rooms. A complete 180 from the Newton studio in terms of layout and space.

I love coming to Medford! It is in a very convenient location and has plenty of parking. The space was very well done and definitely the nicest location that I have been to. I love the pendant lights in Studio 1. The Wednesday 6:15pm Sculpt class with Mel D is by far my favorite! Great music and sequence - it flows very well.

Great instructor
I usually practice at the West Loop studio. I can't say enough about the trainers I have had the opportunity to practice. Carmilla always encourages me out of my comfort zone, Bianca is very aware of us in her class, she wants to keep us challenged and safe. Karen has a very strong and steady way of directing our practice. The support staff who keep the studio so very welcoming are often the unsung heroes. I always look forward to being at West Loop, and I always leave encouraged.
Nosa lead the HPF class I attended, his direction and hands on attention was very welcome. The studio has a bright energetic feeling.
The owner and instructors are friendly, knowledgable and experienced in the practice of yoga! I also like the atmosphere, decor and amenities; i.e., the showers, couch, tea etc.
