I love the variety of classes and also the fact there are different levels of difficulty for certain category of classes. The instructors are amazing (very knowledgeable and helpful). Coreworks is really a wonderful and friendly place to workout.

The web site worked well for reservations, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The yoga instructor (Chris Ruane) and students made me welcome despite my complete and utter ignorance of yoga. Nice facility, conveniently located to my house in Long Reach Village, Columbia.
I like the clear instructions that the instructors give and they are very helpful.

I loved how flexible you all were with me. I loved the pilates mat and barre sculpt classes. But the equipment classes didn't give me enough of a workout. Unfortunately, there were not enough mat classes on the schedule for me, so I was always going home after the equipment classes and trying to do a little more to make me feel like I got a workout. If I had a gym to go to, then the equipment classes would be a bonus. Hopefully our gym will be opening this week, so I can have that, and then pick up a package of your classes. I do like the facility, and do intend on returning. Thank you so much.

Offer classes at times that are convenient for working people. Your reformer 1&2 classes class is only offered in the afternoon or early evening. I live and work in Baltimore so in order to attend the 5:30 class I would have to leave work early. Which means using my leave in order to attend a class which is not economically feasible.
