Barre classes are great - every instructor is great and different, which I love. More variety instead of the same routines you would get at a strictly barre studio. I love the 30/30 spin/barre - the best of both worlds!
Kati Hyde plays the best music! Her music mash was fantastic and her routines are never boring. Love her classes!
The instructors of my first 2 classes this week (cycling, 30/30) - Sara Krish & Mandy Dolan were incredibly energetic and motivating! I loved the music playlist they provided & ease of viewing schedule through the MindBody App.
